Quality Objective

Purpose

Quality objectives clarify the overall scope and expected results of the proposed improvement initiative. They are used by the Improvement Team, others who may become directly or indirectly involved, and those who initiated the work. Quality objectives help prevent the common situation of team members discovering, often later in the process, that they do not share a common understanding of the task.
